Hi, I’m Dr. Christina. I’m a doctor of Clinical Psychology, an online mindset and confidence coach, and the Creator of The Resilient Mind Method. 

I’m also a recovering perfectionist, people-pleaser, overthinker, and self-imposed bully.

I have had my fair share of setbacks, stressors, and challenging days. I used to have an unhealthy relationship with myself. When something went wrong, I would blame myself immediately. My critical voice was downright cruel. I self-sabotaged and abandoned my own needs more times than I can count.

On the outside, I looked like I had it all put together, but on the inside, I was crumbling, unhappy, and severely unfulfilled.

I wanted to blame others, but eventually, I realized, the only one I could truly change was myself. So I started my years-long recovery to a better, more healthy me. And I haven’t looked back since!
